A Great Week!

I have slowed down on my blogging. I guess I am either very settled, there isn't much going on, or my new workout regimen has taken over my life. I do know as I approach the final part of this journey I want to be more intentional about documenting the end.

This has been a great week! On Tuesday we began the new round of step aerobics classes. I have spent the last three weeks with a lady from NC choreographing routines and practicing for the class. We have a full sign-up list; one of the longest I have ever seen. On Tuesday, when we started, we had a packed class. The class got even bigger on Thursday night. We have seven more weeks to go and I anticipate that the group will keep growing. My co-teacher will be leaving in 4 weeks, so it will be up to me and another young lady to keep it going.

Thursday was my most exciting day this week. I officially signed my paperwork for my release! God is good! Now we wait for the RRM (Residential Re-entry Manager) in NC to confirm the EXACT date. The date could be sooner or later than what was requested. It is my prayer that the date is sooner. Lately, the RRMs have been coming back with early dates.

This week I have also bonded with two new people. That is another beautiful thing about this experience, living with over 200 women gives you the opportunity to meet some interesting and dynamic women. I have worked out this week with two individuals who I enjoyed talking to and are pretty level-headed. This was really good for me because all of my original people have left or are about to leave and I was beginning to feel lonely.
